With effect from 1/1/2004, whosoever absent for more than 3 times in a row without notice is considered to have stopped classes. To continue classes (after the third month) he/she has to register again with normal payment of RM10.
If a student wishes to temporarily stop for a month or two may do so but the student must still pay for the tuition fees for the months concerned. (Exemption is given for the months of November and December only but do let us know.
The Door Entry Card must be surrendered in ONE week from the day a student has stopped classes in order to get back the deposit of RM20. Failure to do so, the deposit of RM20 will be forfeited. If more than a week, only RM5 will be refunded as the card will be deleted.
All students please call the tuition centre to inform of any absenteeism. PTR reserves the right to call up parents to inquire the reason for absence should the absentee not call to inform of his/her absence.
All fees are to be paid within the first class of the month or the last class of the month before. Students with financial difficulties and wish to pay on a later date should either forward a letter from parents or get them to call PTR to inform of such.
Students are to observe discipline at all times. PTR reserves the right to terminate any student should he/she refuse to obey rules or misbehave in any way.
PTR students should always observe punctuality.
All students must use the door card to enter PTR. Failure to do so may lead to a possibility fine imposed. Lost cards must be reported immediately to avoid misuse by outsiders. For replacement of cards, there is a charge of RM20. If the lost is returned back within one week, RM20 will be refunded. If more than a week, only RM5 will be refunded as the card will be deleted.
In PTR the use of English in all conversations is highly recommeded. Use of other languages is strictly prohibited in the vicinity of PTR.
